Lime Inbox

Lime MS Inbox (where MS stands for Microsoft) is an addon for Lime CRM which uses the Microsoft Graph API to monitor mailboxes for incoming email. This means that this addon only support the Microsoft suite. Messages are being picked up from the monitored inbox on a schedule, by default this is done every 5 minutes.

• Recieve emails with attachments
• Completely customizeable within an isolated solution
• Includes helper default flow and/or functions for common use-cases.
• Possibility to save the Email as an eml file
• Recover messages manually:
  • Failed - messages that failed due to a problem in your webhook endpoint
  • Unprocessed - messages that was never sent to Lime (either due to down time or mails before MS Inbox was implemented)
  • Messages with the status Unprocessed will be reprocessed automatically on the standard schedule.
